We do not accept any exchanges or refunds, faulty items will be replaced within 1 year warranty.

Damaged or Defective Items

We are committed to working with you to resolve the issue and offer an appropriate solution, whether it be a replacement of the same item or or refund. All our items are backed by a one-year warranty. However please note that damages resulting from mishandling or misuse of the product is not covered under our policy. Refunds will only apply if product is not able to be replaced. To initiate a refund, proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a shipping label.
